Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
